What I do

I work with adults using evidence-based approaches to help them overcome a range of psychological problems including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, sleep, relationship and work difficulties.

I also have a special interest in helping clients develop strategies to manage persistent/chronic pain, with many years' experience working in The Professor Tess Cramond Multidisciplinary Pain Centre at The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and The STAMPS pain management program at St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital, Brisbane.
